Jayson Home, one of the best independent purveyors of luxury home goods in the country, will return to New York for a four-month run in partnership with Bergdorf Goodman.
Bergdorf Goodman Jayson Home seventh-floor loft location will host, which opens on Thursday and runs until August 19. The room will be transformed into a fashionable, maximalist fantasy filled with vintage and antique furniture from France, Italy, and Belgium. Atelier Brancusi, the Paris Flea Market, and the carefree furnishings from famous American residences will all serve as sources of inspiration.
According to Andrew Mandell, divisional merchandise manager for decorative home and jewelry at Bergdorf, “their curatorial ability to bring our savvy customer new design pieces of the highest quality as well as an exceptional array of one-of-a-kind vintage and antiques will transform our loft into the premier destination this spring and summer.”
A variety of antique, vintage, and new upholstery, large case goods, one-of-a-kind accessories, artifacts, curiosities, artwork, rugs, and lighting will be regularly added to the Bergdorf Goodman Jayson Home Loft. Unique items, collected artwork, and industrial and rustic furniture from Belgium will be the main highlights. Along with a selection of Jayson Home’s best-selling items and recent arrivals, such as travertine tables, leather chairs, silk ikat pillows, and a variety of marble accessories, the mix will be rounded out with French Napoleon III chairs, African stools, and vintage 1980s pieces.
